ベースラインのヘモグロビン (Hb)値で関節リウマチ患者さんを層別化したときに, それぞれのHb値群における生物学的製剤とJAK阻害薬の継続率と, 治療後のHb値の推移を比較した研究です.
Hb値が低い患者 (貧血患者)では, IL-6受容体抗体, JAK阻害薬の継続率が良いことを示しました.
